Jaimee Harris – RED RESCUE

Her new album is RED RESCUE.

Jaimee was born in Nacogdoches, Texas and raised in Waco. She began playing guitar at age 5, and she started writing songs almost immediately and she hasn’t stopped. Drawing from musical influences as diverse as Patty Griffin and The Nerves, Jaimee’s musical palette is as broad as it is deep. Over the past few years, Jaimee has played many solo gigs in Austin, including a residency at Cactus Cafe, as well as providing background vocals for various artists, including William Harries Graham and The Painted Redstarts, Charlie Faye, and Garrett Owen.   She has also played with and opened for such artists as Peter Case, The Black Crowes, Bob Schneider, Matt Nathanson, Jessie Baylin, Jon Randall, and Jack Ingram.
