Edgar Pace was a radio news personality in Texas and California before hearing the call of poetry and music. As a percussionist he has performed with Rachel’s Children, Shawn Philips, Violin Voyager, Symphony of the Sierras and the Early Times Jazz Orchestra.

For the documentary film, A Sobbing of the Strong, which chronicles the literary aspects of the assassination of President Lincoln, Edgar is the voice of Walt Whitman.

Radio stations include the legendary KEXL San Antonio / KTSA San Antonio /KNOW Austin / KLIF Dallas / KGB San Diego.

He has also worked as a free lance writer.

Now as a performance poet with the cd Two Edgars, Edgar A. Poe by Edgar E. Pace. He is experimenting with poetry and music which has resulted in the cd, A Passionate Poet featuring Renascence by Edna St. Vincent Millay put to music and a cd planned for spring 2010 release entitled Phantasmagoria of A Poet’s Mind. That is all original compositions.
