Lyman Grant is a writer, teacher, and educational administrator living in Austin, Texas. Currently, he serves as Dean of the Arts and Humanities Division at Austin Community College. There, he supports an educational philosophy of access and excellence, believing that all students should have access to quality education, and believing that community colleges can be instrumental in inspiring students to creative and critical thinking in a multicultural and international setting.

Among other subjects, we will be talking about his book, “As Long As We Need.”

There will be a reading on Friday 3rd of February at 7:00pm Resistencia Books. Paul Christensen from Texas A&M University and Lyman Grant will be reading from their recent books. Paul: The Human Condition (Wings Press) and Lyman: As Long as We Need (Black Buzzard Press).
