Brandon Watson and James McWilliams

Please join us this Wednesday for another great edition of our little talk radio show. This week is our first Spring Membership Drive show, and we are going to be asking you for money, as well as talk with the new food editor at the Austin Chronicles Brandon Watson & freelance food writer & journalist James McWilliams.

We broadcast Writing on the Air every Wednesday from 6-7pm Central Texas Time on 91.7FM KOOP. You can also stream us live by clicking on the mini player at the top of the page at KOOP.org.

Starting off as an online contributor, Brandon Watson formally joined the Chronicle news staff in 2013. Watson went on to become Food Editor in July 2014 after forcing his colleagues to listen to frequent restaurant rants. Like many longtime Texans, he can eat ranch dressing on anything.
