Boo Starling started out as a screenwriter in Austin and then Hollywood. After years of optioning, punch up work, blood, sweat and tears, she decided to pull up the anchor, move back to Austin and go back to her first love: novel writing. Her genre is literary fiction, but she wanted to push the envelope in the erotica genre to write a well written story with rich characters, fast pacing, and descriptions that will make her readers’ toes curl. The result is her first self-published book, The Undoing of Lily Welch which was released in June of 2014 to an amazing reception. The sequel is due out early next year. While Ms. Starling does not discuss her personal life, it is rumored she may or may not be a masked superhero.
