Neal Pollack is an American satirist, novelist, short-story writer, and journalist. Pollack has written nine books: The Neal Pollack Anthology of American Literature, Never Mind the Pollacks, Beneath the Axis of Evil, Alternadad, Stretch, Jewball, Downward-Facing Death, Open Your Heart, and Repeat. His tenth book, Keep Mars Weird, is a science-fiction satire about space gentrification. It will be published very soon by Amazon’s 47 North imprint. Pollack is also a three-time Jeopardy! champion, He lives in Austin, Texas, with his wife and son.
